All of your artworks are custom printed to order each and every time. For this reason we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind as Studio Walls does not hold stock.
Shipping:
All artwork orders are shipped from our Melbourne/Naarm studio or warehouse with Australia Post or Aramex (Australia) and DHL (worldwide).
Australia:
FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders - framed or unframed. Given each order is custom printed and framed for you the delivery to Australian addresses will take 7 - 14 business days.
International:
* Free international shipping on unframed artwork orders only.
For framed artworks the Worldwide Shipping fee will be calculated during the checkout process. Delivery will take roughly 10 - 14 business days once artwork has been shipped and you have received your tracking information. Please keep in mind your artworks are individually custom printed and framed to order. Shipping timeframes rely on the efficiency of the destination countries customs clearance etc.
* Please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. The payable import taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply to your delivery destination outside of Australia
Tracking:
All orders receive a tracking number allowing you to track your order during the shipment process.
Important Note:
Studio Walls Pty Ltd is not liable to pay any duties and/or import - customs taxes that may be issued by the destination country receiving a purchased artwork.

for artworks that are lost during international shipment.
Colour Representation:
Although we endeavour to represent the truest colours of the actual artwork on screen, the nature of digital computer screens and phones means exact colours may vary.
What Material Do You Print On?
Artworks are printed on beautiful 308gsm fine art paper with an uncoated, matte finish. Each artwork is printed to order with specialist printers using archival quality inks on museum grade fine art paper. This ensure each artwork produced is of exceptional quality and colour depth. All artworks on Studio Walls have been created and printed in Naarm/Melbourne, Australia.
Can Studio Walls frame my artworks?
Yes.
Studio Walls offers premium bespoke framing in three finish options (Natural Timber, Matte White & Matte Black). Each frame is custom made by hand, locally in Melbourne, using sustainably sourced timber and gallery-grade, crystal clear perspex, preferred over glass in contemporary art framing. How are the artworks shipped?
Unframed Artworks:
Each print order is carefully rolled in acid-free archival paper and then packaged in a protective cardboard tube for secure worldwide shipping. Every order comes with a hand-written thank-you note and a certificate of authenticity.
Framed Artworks:
Each framed artwork is securely wrapped in bubble wrap and then placed in a heavy-weight box for secure shipment worldwide.
How many editions are there of each artwork?
All print artworks are sold in a limited edition of 100 prints per size and colourway.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each artwork is printed to order each and every time so please expect a turnaround time of 10-14 days within Australia and 14-21 days worldwide. Studio Walls does not hold stock but if you are needing artworks delivered by a particular deadline please get in touch prior to placing the order and we will endeavour to accomodate your timing.
Can you print a custom size?
Yes, Studio Walls can print custom sizes. If you are looking for an artwork of a specific size for a particular space send us an email and we can provide you with a quote.
Where do you ship your artworks?
Studio Walls ships all of their pieces worldwide and we love seeing where our artworks find new homes.
